Hi Bob, wish it did go back to the rman. Had some good runs in the past. I'm back in with a .0003 average so if I joined you I would only get a couple hundred for my 2 mil shares LOL. Question for you? Have you ever seen a pinky owned by a real co. ? I just hope they don't stick in in their file cabinet

When Mesa took over the company in Feb 2023 it had a market cap of $5 million.
Current market cap is about $150k. Mesa destroyed all value for us, the shareholders of GBHL.
Now they say they aren’t making this a priority.
Mesa should be sued.

Talked to MESA guy again. They do still hold control. Won't go back to Rasmussen. They are considering what to do with GBHL incl. cleaning it up to bring current but the timing will depend on any further decisions about the shell. Not a priority right now.

Is that not sweet for folks holding? You have a no dilution stock and the owner of the ticker owns a low float with 2 b shares = 400,000 @ .0002. Not a bad start if the owner has any $

Went dark/expert market today...so from tomorrow on brokers won't allow to buy shares anymore (just selling of existing shares when price is met) thus no ask & bid

Thanks. Thats crazy by Esnard. I knew s.th. was fishy when I made that call and suddenly the guy "had to go" right when I asked who that Mr. Horton is. I dont understand, though, how when the deal fell through control could be kept by Mesa/Esnard. I might try to get the same guy on the line once again

I just spoke with an associate who works with Rasmussen and he confirmed that Esnard and group still retain the controlling stock of GBHL. My followers know that I am straight about observations/recommendations/comments on tickers. Here, given the situation I expect nothing will be filed and expert market is coming. Rasmussen does not retake control either because he can't or he gave up (he used to file diligently for years and according to Mesa he should have full control).
If so he won't revive an expert market status either. I shed most of my shares (for big losses, still) on recent spikes. I removed my bids (0004s, 0003s,0002s) in the last days and now will just place a few at 0001 for a potential hail mary recovery once they fill. So I wish everyone good luck.

Called Mesa yesterday. Asjed for Esnard. Someone else called back (didn't got the name; nr was 1 714-695-2444). He said they are listed now as MHRE after a merger. Deal with GBHL was recinded. No litigation ongoing, thus Rasmussen should have full control back. He said he will inform councel about Mesa contact etc. still listed on OTC under GBHL. However, what was funny was when I asked why some Mr. Horton was appointed according to the press release he said he got to go but I can call back any time.

If so then we can expect it to go dark at first....hopefully they communicate before the sec starts to de-list it (which would be a long time out)...I bet Rasmussen would take control even though reluctantly so

GBHL has had NO change in control since Jan 2023. Even though Esnard spun out Mesa Garage Doors in Sep 2023, he and others still have control of GBHL. They appointed Eric Horton and are not giving him any support. There is nothing Rasmussen can do until Esnard and crew relinguish control.
