FAYETTEVILLE, N.C., Jan. 20,
2025 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Author Yolanda
Michelle Murphy shares how God saw her through the loss of her
child and her father, as well as a cancer diagnosis, in Still
Standing: Dealing with Grief, Loss & Sickness ($10.99, paperback, 9798868508639; $21.99, hard cover, 9798868508646; $4.99, e-book, 9798868508653).
"I wrote this book to show how God moved in
my life, so others can see God can do the same for them. All you
have to do is trust God"
When Murphy first felt the Holy Spirit leading her to write her
story, she was afraid to dig up the hurt again. She wrote a little,
and then spent the rest of the day crying, and so gave up until
that same Holy Spirit reminded her that this book wasn't for her,
but it was to encourage others and to glorify God. Eventually, she
was able to finish it.
"I wrote this book to show how God moved in my life, so others
can see God can do the same for them. All you have to do is trust
God," said Murphy.
