M&L Property & Assets Plc (the “Company” or “Group”)     

Property Sales                   

Further to the Company's announcement on 26 February 2016, the Group has sold a further property at a sales price of €225,000 (before deducting all sales commission and tax) which is 2.8 per cent below the property’s value in the accounts.  The funds from this sale have been received in the group’s bank account.
