Director Dealings
The Company was notified on 7 February 2012, that on 6 February
2012, a family trust of Nigel Wray (a Non Executive Director)
acquired 750,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 39
pence per share.
In addition, the Company was notified on 7 February 2012, that
on 6 February 2012, in response to institutional investor demand,
Spencer Manuel (Chief Executive Officer), Jon Plassard (Chief
Financial Officer) and Kevin Pope (Director of Business
Development) each sold 2,550,000 Ordinary shares in the Company at
a price of 39 pence per share.
