Acquisition of residential property portfolio


In relation to the announcement released today under number RNS 5199K at 1251
hrs, Mountview announces that although terms for the acquisition are agreed as
between the Company and Holloways Properties Limited, exchange of contracts and
payment of the initial consideration is now scheduled to take place on 2 January
2008.
