     THIS TRANSACTION REPRESENTS THE REALISATION OF TWO CONDITIONAL AWARDS OF
     ORDINARY SHARES UNDER THE COMPANY'S LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN AFTER THE 
     SIXTH ANNIVERSARY AND SUBSEQUENT SALE OF THOSE SHARES. THE PROCEEDS FROM 
     THE SALE WILL BE PARTIALLY USED TO SATISFY THE TAX LIABILITY ARISING FROM 
     THE REALISATION.

     MR COWEN'S HOLDING OF MOLINS' 25p SHARES BEFORE AND AFTER THIS 
     TRANSACTION IS 88,219 SHARES.
