MWB BUSINESS EXCHANGE OPENS HARROGATE SERVICED OFFICE CENTRE 
 
 
MWB Business Exchange Plc ("Business Exchange") today announces that it has 
signed a 10-year operating and management agreement for a serviced office and 
conference centre in Harrogate. 
 
 
Located in Station Bridge House, adjacent to the town's railway station, the new 
centre comprises 14,485 sq ft of space over two floors and provides a total of 
almost 180 workstations and three meeting and conference rooms. The new centre 
will be operated under Business Exchange's City Executive Centre brand. 
 
 
Under its agreement with Commercial Etates Group, the building's owner, Business 
Exchange receives a fixed management fee together with a profit share once the 
landlord achieves the agreed Estimated Rental Value. 
 
 
John Spencer, Business Exchange's Chief Executive, said: "This latest agreement 
is part of our stated strategy of expanding centre coverage in the major 
regional connurbations and business areas." 
 
 
Following the launch of Harrogate Business Exchange now operates 56 centres 
providing approximately 16,000 workstations.
