Result of General Meeting

Idox plc (AIM: IDOX), a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, is pleased to announce, further to the announcements on 14 December 2016 of the Company's voluntary public offer for 6PM Holdings plc and associated placing to raise gross proceeds of GBP20.5 million, that at its General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolution was duly passed.

The issue and allotment of the Placing Shares is conditional on the Offer becoming unconditional. The expected timetable for completion of the Offer remains as follows:
