IDOX appoints new Finance Director and
Sales and Marketing Director

IDOX plc, the information and knowledge management group, is pleased to announce
the appointment of Richard Kellett-Clarke as Group Finance Director and Board
Director with effect from 1 November 2005.

Richard Kellett-Clarke, 50, a Scottish Chartered Accountant, Chartered
Management Accountant and graduate of Glasgow University began his career with
Ernst and Young. He subsequently held Non-Executive Director, Finance Director
and Finance Manager roles for subsidiaries of a variety of public companies,
including Unilever plc, Eurotherm International plc and United Business Media
plc. In 1988, he was appointed Group Finance Director of Pickwick Group plc. He
brings with him extensive experience of information and software businesses.
Most recently, Mr Kellett-Clarke was Finance Director of Brady plc, a risk
management and trading software company, which he helped to an AIM listing in
2004. In the previous seven years, he was Managing Director of AFX News, a joint
venture between the Financial Times and Agence France Presse, and founder of VC
backed Sealed Media Ltd. a data security software company.

IDOX also announces the appointment of Richard Pinder, as Group Sales and
Marketing Director, with effect from 3 October 2005. Richard Pinder, 37, has
more than 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Since 2001 Richard has
been Sales and Marketing Director at APR Smartlogik Ltd, a solutions company
focusing on the UK public sector and global financial services market. During
his time there, Richard helped to make the business profitable and increase
turnover. Prior to this he was at SilverStream Software Inc., a public US
eBusiness software company where, after beginning as the UK Sales and Marketing
Director and successfully growing the business, he was appointed UK Managing
Director.
