The Company announces that, Andrew Murison, a Director of the Company, disposed 
of 5,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company on 4 
November 2011. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and the 
shares were sold at a price of 1,006.857p per share. 
 
Mr Murison now has an interest in 5,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.016% of 
the total voting rights (31,799,725) in the Company, and 2,000 Subscription 
shares, which do not carry voting rights.
