European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH) ("European Metals" or the "Company") confirms the appointment of Ms Merrill Gray as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, further to the announcement on 18 April 2024.

With over a decade of experience in critical minerals and hydrogen companies listed on the ASX, including founding, listing, growing, and selling companies, Ms Gray has raised approximately A$20 million in capital from both market and private equity sources. During Ms Gray's more than thirty-year career in the mining and mineral resources sector she has utilised her combined Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering, Geology and Business Administration qualifications, to manage of technical and commercial teams of over 100 professionals. Ms Gray has held roles such as CFO, Co-MD, and CEO/MD in various public and private companies, overseeing ventures like a German joint venture focused on lithium-ion battery recycling for e-mobility. Ms Gray's expertise spans commercial negotiation, strategic partnerships with companies like Mercedes Benz, RWE, and Siemens, and assembling investment ready energy asset portfolios worth over A$150 million. Ms Gray excels in stakeholder engagement, project management, and risk management, and is experienced in developing projects ranging from US$40 million to US$750 million.

Ms Gray, aged 59 years, holds no shares in European Metals Holdings Limited and is or has been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:

In addition, Ms. Gray has previously been a director of Biosyngas Limited, a biomass fed energy project development (waste wood gasification and combustion as well as effluent biogas +/- natural gas based) public company which underwent a solvent and voluntary liquidation on 22 November 2017. All creditors were unsecured and were paid in full with the exception of Ms Gray and Dr David Craze who fully forgave all debts owed by the company.
