Countryside Partnerships PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company, pursuant to a contractual obligation between the
Company and Timothy Charles Lawlor entered into on 16 November
2021, has been notified that the following PDMRs were granted
awards (in the form of conditional share awards or nil cost
options) in the ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company
("Shares") on 01 June 2022 under the Countryside Partnerships PLC
Buy-out Plan ("LTIP Awards"). The number of Shares subject to the
LTIP Awards has been determined by reference to the average of the
middle market prices of a Share for the 30-day period up to (and
including) 01 June 2022 of GBP2.4933 per Share. The LTIP Awards
will vest on the relevant vesting date, subject to the rules of the
Countryside Partnerships PLC Buy-out Plan and to the extent that
the prescribed Performance Targets have been satisfied.
