Terminus Energy Corporation (PINKSHEETS: TMGY) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with a Colorado advanced technology company to commercialize the Terminus TE-50 distributed electric power generator using that company's demonstrated next generation advanced proprietary SOFC technology. The Colorado Company has a proven track record of successfully commercializing cutting edge electric power generation products. Terminus CEO Dan Pratte, stated, "This technology will literally leapfrog all existing SOFC technologies that we know of by reducing production costs dramatically while significantly increasing system robustness. While initially using pipeline natural gas as the primary fuel feed stock, these fuel flexible SOFC systems can operate directly on virtually any hydrocarbon based fuel. Terminus will be able to compete in virtually all domestic and international markets as a supplier of reliable low-cost distributed electric power generation capacity. The significance of this agreement cannot be overstated." Mr. Pratte declined to name the Colorado Company at this time, citing confidentiality concerns.
