Some nice healthy churning and consolidating in the 5.60-5.80 range right now.

I agree. I see this at $10 at eoy. And even if it isn’t, it will get there. RYCEY is a steady ride up!

I think we still have two very big catalysts for growth coming that I haven’t seen mentioned lately.

1. Uplist.
2. Dividends.

Rolls-Royce is very steady with healthy pullbacks as I’ve seen with the history. I’m really considering throwing the majority of my savings in it.

And I hope it goes without saying that we have no idea whether investors will get lusty about either of these in the coming months — always possible, almost never predictable. If you want something much more conventional and predictable, and currently profitable, you could probably do worse than BWX Technologies (BWXT) or Rolls-Royce (RR.L, RYCEY, RYCEF) among the more diversified SMR hopefuls… or the big utilities who own a lot of large conventional nuclear reactors, like Constellation Energy (CEG) and Vistra (VST), who are also seeing their day in the sun right now. None have anywhere near the growth potential of Oklo or NuScale if their designs really take off over the next decade and go into mass production… but none are as likely as those startups to lose 90% of their value in the next few years, either.

This was in a Stock Gumshoe analysis of SMRs (Small Modular Reactors) which RR is heavily into development.

I can't even remember when I first bought in but it was in the 80 cent range.

I do know I bought RLLCF in May 2019 850,000 shares at .0001 and sold beginning of July 2019 and banked almost $60K on that $85.95 bet. It should have been over $250K if TD Ameritrade actually had the shares they sold me, I could have got out at the top of .47 but it took over an hour to convince them that they were gonna be sued for selling me naked shorts and blocking my placing my sell orders. They finally let me start selling at .17 so they cost me about $200K in lost profits.

I have my 1st RYCEF, RYCEY sell order in at $12 for a very small amount - I like the company and they seem to have really turned it around.

I’m kicking myself since I was new to stocks (still am) and let this dude that introduced me to the market convince me that penny stocks were how you made big money… if I invested into RYCEY last year when it was still low, I could’ve had around 400k by now. But I listened like an idiot and didn’t really do my own DD. But I’m confident this will run past $6 with enough time.

Very hard to say but I'll be adding small amounts on any big pullbacks. How hard it runs will be dictated by what they produce, my money is on the mini reactors being deployed in large numbers, don't know how soon that will be.

Will the move up be big? I’m considering putting an absurdly large amount of money on top of what I already have, in order to make a big profit by somewhere next year.

News out today:

Rolls-Royce today welcomed the announcement that the Australian Government would be investing in its ongoing AUKUS preparations. This supplements the expansion funding already committed by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD).

To meet the growth in demand from the Royal Navy, which includes AUKUS delivery commitments, work is already underway to double the size of the Rolls-Royce Submarines site in Raynesway, Derby.

Now jointly funded by UK MOD and the Australian Department of Defence, the expansion work announced last summer will create over 1,000 new jobs in Derby across a range of disciplines, including manufacturing and engineering. It will also see new manufacturing and office facilities being built on recently acquired land surrounding the existing Raynesway site.

In March 2023 it was confirmed that Rolls-Royce Submarines would provide all the nuclear reactor plants that will power new attack submarines as part of the tri-lateral agreement between Australia, the UK and US.

Rolls-Royce Submarines President Steve Carlier said:
Last year we were proud to welcome the Hon Richard Marles MP, Australia’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence, and UK Defence Secretary Grant Shapps, to our Raynesway site to showcase some of the world-class manufacturing and engineering capabilities we have developed over the last 60 years.

This commitment of funding to our existing expansion work shows the trust Australia places on our nuclear expertise and our ability to deliver. We look forward to working with the Australian Submarine Agency to support them in building their own fleet of nuclear-powered submarines.”

Grant Shapps MP, UK Secretary of State for Defence, said:

To support preparation for AUKUS and to meet the additional commitments to the MOD, Rolls-Royce recently announced the opening of two satellite offices in Glasgow and Cardiff. The locations were selected to help access the skilled talent pools in both regions, with more than 100 jobs being created in each city.

To further ensure a steady pipeline of future talent into the industry, Rolls-Royce opened a new Nuclear Skills Academy in Derby in 2022. It will provide 200 apprenticeships each year for at least the next decade.

Rolls-Royce Submarines currently employs more than 4,000 people and designs, manufactures and provides in-service support to the pressurised water reactors that power every boat in the Royal Navy’s submarine fleet.

Rolls-Royce is currently supporting the existing Astute and Dreadnought boat build programmes through the delivery of reactor plant and associated components. Additionally, it provides frontline support across the world for reactor plant equipment from its Operations Centre in Derby and supports the submarines when in the Barrow-in-Furness shipyard and the naval bases at Devonport and Faslane.

I've been in all 3 since 2019 and now is the 2nd most exciting time as a shareholder.

The most exciting time was 2019 when I bought 850K RLLCF at .0001 without knowing what I was buying and 2 months later it blewup as high as .47 but I wasn't able to sell until it dropped to .17 to .12 - TDAmeritrade cost me over a quarter million dollars because they didn't have the shares they sold me. Still did extremely well on it.

Both RYCEY and RYCEF are continuing upward in a very very strong uptrend. RLLCF is lagging way behind but presents the best bang for your buck right now in Rolls Royce, my personal, non-professional, not giving advice price target for RLLCF is 50 cents which would be a moonshot from less than half a penny but it has happened before in 2019 so why not 2024???? Great place to let $100 rest for a while IMO

Haven't been on here forever. But thing thing has me super excited. I talked to my girlfriend and told her to buy. It was $1.59 at the time. (I got in lower) She got in and it's made me look like a genius. I knew at that point it was a no brainer. Now? I have no clue. I'm hoping $10 in the next couple years. The way it's going that seems realistic. Seems like it's resisting $5 like it did $4 and $3 and $2. Once it hits$5.15-$5.20 range it'll probably fly to $6 and hit resistance again. Seems to be the pattern. Does that seem fair to say? Congrats to everyone who recognized this and got in this shooting star. LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

Historically they pay divis twice a year, but they are not yet declaring any.

I haven’t seen a date. IMO it is speculation until it happens. Also, while I’m speculating, an announcement to get out of the OTC market would also send this.

When are the dividends returning? Is there a specific date or just speculation?

That's doable - I have sell orders in all the way up to $9.00

If I remember correctly last time it paid a divi to me I was shocked that they paid out $1.9x per ADR which was more than I paid for them. I sell off little pieces when I run low on capital for new "wants" and "wanna have" tickers. As soon as the divis are announced RLLCF will fly towards .50 IMO - last time it got as high as .47 but TDAmeritrade sold me naked shorts so they blocked me selling until they acquired the shares I wanted to sell. I'll never forget their BS cost me over $340K in lost gains, still banked just under $60K on a $85.85 buy. Do the math, 850,000 shares at .47 - it still pisses me off to this day.

Saw a target price this morning calling for 431 pence which would equate to $5.43 US so there is still upside for Rolls Royce into 2024

I see on my Robin Hood trading page RYCEY is up to 19 Analyst ratings with 68% of them rating this a BUY and 32% rating it a HOLD. NONE are recommending selling. What great time to be in this one. I love this new CEO and the direction he's taking this. Congrats to all who got in on this. IMO I believe we have a real star here.
