RightSmile, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RIGH) (www.rightsmile.com), the leader in Cosmetic Laser Teeth Whitening, is pleased to announce that RightSmile has a PS listing on Pink Sheets.

RIGH was not notified prior to Pink Sheets removing the "PS" listing and then downgrading the company to a "Yield." The Company notified Pink Sheets and was then asked to supply some information regarding one of their attorneys, after which they were asked to amend a "date" within their last legal opinion.

RIGH will be filing their financials in January to do its part in maintaining a consistent "PS" listing during the year.

RIGH is looking forward to January and updating the shareholders on the progress of its 30 minute infomercial and the nationwide launch of LazerWhite.
