Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors;Appointment of Principal Officers.

On August 3, 2009, Steven J. Kikuchi announced his resignation from the Board of Directors for Pacific State Bancorp. Mr. Kikuchi moved to Hawaii several years ago and he cited personal reasons for his resignation.
