Investment Industry Veteran to Interface with NanoTech

– April 25, 2013 – NANOTECH ENTERTAINMENT (OTCPINK: NTEK) today announced the
appointment of Lorraine Cullivan as NanoTech’s Manager of Investor Relations.  Mrs. Cullivan brings direct investment
industry experience to her new role having previously served with companies
including Putnam Investments.

and experience to the NanoTech management team,” said Jeffrey A. Foley,
NanoTech CEO.  “In her new role she will

and research while continuing our commitment to transparency.  Lorraine’s experience in the investment
industry adds value to NanoTech management.” 
Foley continued, “given that we executing our business plan and are accelerating
our growth strategy, including generating substantial revenues and shipping
product worldwide, we anticipate more investors coming to NanoTech.   We want

Mrs. Cullivan is
taking over IR responsibilities form Denise Clifford, who will be moving to a
Public Relations position within the company.
