There is dilutive debt tied to this shell. Nobody is going to take it over with the debt hanging over their head. Plenty of other shells to choose from.

There needs to be a company in existence to become current. Company is no longer registered as a business.

The company needs to find a way to generate interest and present a forward looking vision to potential investors on why this is a good buy at the present share price. Good PR generates interest.

Hold your shares and you will be just fine, in my opinion. No matter what price you bought in at, pretty soon it should not matter a whole lot. There are a ton of new investors just learning about this stock and the money will flow like a river eventually.

ICLD dors not exist. The Florida business registration expired and was not renewed. Mark and Larry went on to form a new company and sold it off. Even their former partners in crime have sold off SGSI.
Only hope of this trading again is for someone new to take over the shell and that will not happen. There are toxic loans tied to this company. Whoever takes it over would be responsible to pay them.
Also, due to new regulations, picking up dead shells is not easy as in the past anymore.
