prescribed time period.
China
Runji Cement Inc. (the “Company”) is still waiting for its auditors to complete
their audit of the financial statements in order to prepare Form 10-K. For the
foregoing reason, the Company requires additional time in order to prepare and
file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended August 31,
2008.
The
Company does not expect significant changes in its results from operations and
earnings from the corresponding period ended August 31, 2007.
