Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SAI) ("Sunshine Agri-Tech" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its purchase of 16,971 square meters of land in Changchun, China, as it plans to construct a production facility with completion expected to happen in the 3rd quarter of 2011. Facility design has been completed and production permits have been granted from the Chinese Environmental Department.

Sunshine Agri-Tech currently leases a production facility in Changchun, China, with maximum production capacity of $5 million worth of the Company's bio-feed products. The new production facility to be located in the Changchun Economic and Development District will increase the capacity by 10 times, allowing for the Company to meet the growing demand for its bio-feed products with production values reaching $50 million.
