ATLANTA, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Church's Chicken(TM) today announced a world-wide partnership with WNS Global Services (NYSE:WNS), a leading offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) provider. The partnership initially will focus on finance and accounting (F&A) processes for restaurants owned by Church's throughout the world. The relationship between Church's and WNS signifies the first time a U.S. restaurant company has outsourced 100% of their financial and accounting processes overseas. As part of the deal, WNS will also maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that provides both technology and processing services for the finance and accounting functions that are being outsourced. This business practice is a growing trend among small and medium enterprises like Church's. Through this partnership, Church's will achieve significant efficiency gains, which fits within the brand's core value proposition. This agreement will provide Church's with the resources and capital the company needs to add an additional 15 restaurants over the course of the five year contract with WNS.
