Joining me today to discuss the transaction is Marc Benioff, Chairman and
Co-CEO
of Salesforce; Adam Selipsky, CEO of
Tableau; Bret Taylor, President and Chief Product Officer of Salesforce; and Mark Hawkins, President and Chief Financial Officer of Salesforce.
The
purpose of todays call is to discuss the acquisition of Tableau. Marc, Adam and Mark will review the proposed acquisition and the terms of the transaction. After our prepared remarks, we will turn the call over to your questions.
