Regulation FD

As previously announced, Synovus Financial Corp. (“Synovus”) hosted its 2022 Investor Day event on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. The event began at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time in-person and via live stream. The live stream was accessible by visiting the 2022 Investor Day page under Events in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website, investor.synovus.com. A replay and the 2022 Investor Day presentation slides are available on the Company’s website at the same address. A copy of the presentation materials used by Synovus during the event are also furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated in Item 7.01 of this Current Report by this reference.
