Explanation of Responses:
1. Prior to the commencement of trading on August 19, 2024, the common shares of SITE Centers Corp. were subject to a 1-for-4 reverse stock split, resulting in the reporting person's ownership of approximately one-fourth as many shares as previously reported. The transaction reported in this report is disclosed on a split-adjusted basis.
2. Includes 994.1067 additional restricted stock units ("RSUs") accrued on an exempt basis on account of the dividend equivalents reinvestment feature of an RSU award made to Mr. Lukes on September 11, 2020.
