Barbara Owens to lead execution of O-I's global communications PERRYSBURG, Ohio, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Owens-Illinois, Inc., (NYSE:OI) announces that Barbara Owens has been named vice president and chief communications officer. She also will provide strategic counsel to the senior leadership team.
