McAfee, Inc. Security Innovation Alliance Partner Program Continues to Expand

FOCUS 2010 – McAfee, Inc. (NYSE:MFE), today announced the
addition of 11 new members in the McAfee Security Innovation
Alliance partner program. Additionally, McAfee announced that six
partner solutions have achieved “McAfee Compatible” status within
the program.
The 11 new partners that have joined the McAfee Security
Innovation Alliance are:
- Assured Information Security
- Athena
- Ceedo
- Chicony
- DG Technology Consulting
- Lieberman Software
- NetIQ
- SandForce
- SEP Software
- Sipera Systems
- Tiversa
In addition, the following six partners now have “McAfee
Compatible” solutions and have been promoted to Technology Partner
status in the McAfee Security Innovation Alliance program. McAfee
has worked with these partners to validate their integrations for
their adherence to best practices for integrating with McAfee
products.

Finally, McAfee has also welcomed BDNA and MXI Security to its
Sales Teaming Program. Partners in the Sales Teaming Program
complement the McAfee product portfolio, and enable the McAfee
sales force and channel to drive more complete security solution
relationships with enterprise customers.

In support of the SIA partner ecosystem, McAfee is hosting its
third annual SIA Developer Conference in conjunction with McAfee
FOCUS 10 in Las Vegas. McAfee FOCUS 10 is being sponsored in part
by 19 SIA partners showcasing completed and upcoming
integrations.
To further articulate the value of SIA, on Wednesday, October 13
at FOCUS 10, SIA Partners ArcSight, BDNA, and Cyber-Ark will
participate with McAfee in a panel discussion entitled, “Visibility
and Velocity: The Power of Multi-Vendor Integrations.” The panel
will explore the constantly changing and evolving threat vectors
which are requiring organizations to collaborate to secure their
customers.
In addition, on Thursday, October 14, SIA Partners MXI Security
and RingCube will participate with McAfee in a discussion entitled,
“Empower Mobility with Desktop Virtualization on Encrypted USB
Drives.” The discussion will center on how workers can securely
carry their virtualized PC desktop on encrypted USB storage
devices, and will explore business drivers and challenges, proven
solutions, and real world implementations.
