TenCate intends to give a first preliminary indication of the results for its 2015 financial year, based on initial reports, before market hours on Tuesday 12 January 2016. This intention is related to the extension of the acceptance period for the public offer for all TenCate shares by Tennessee Acquisition B.V. to Thursday 14 January 2016 at 17:40h.

Final results for the 2015 financial year will be released on Friday 26 February 2016.
