KBR Announces Appointment of President, Power and Industrial Business Unit

KBR (NYSE: KBR) today announced that Jim Stewart has been
appointed Business Unit President, KBR Power and Industrial.
Since June 2010, Stewart has served as Senior Vice President,
KBR Power and Industrial. Prior to joining KBR, Stewart served as
Group Vice President of Houston-based Jacobs’ Engineering Southern
Region. Prior to joining Jacobs in 2006, Stewart served as Chairman
and CEO of Mobile Energy Services Company in Mobile, Alabama.
Stewart also served as Chairman and CEO of CHI Energy. He also held
executive leadership roles at CRSS, Inc.
Stewart holds an MBA in Finance from the University of St.
Thomas, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the
University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering from Penn State University.
