KBR Announces Executive Appointment to Government and Infrastructure Business Unit

KBR (NYSE:KBR) today announced that Major General (Retired) Andrew
Pringle has been appointed Vice President, Europe, Africa and
Middle East Defence, a new product line within KBR�s Government
& Infrastructure business unit. The Defence Services group will
focus on military pursuits and customers in the United Kingdom,
Europe, Africa and the Middle East. �Andrew Pringle brings more
than 35 years of military experience, a vast knowledge of our
Ministry of Defence customer base and significant international
business expertise,� said Bruce Stanksi, President of KBR�s
Government & Infrastructure business unit. �The new product
line will allow us to expand our scope and grow new business in the
robust defence market, while continuing our excellent performance
for our existing clients.� Since retiring from the Royal Army after
more than 35 years, he has developed a wide-ranging defence related
consultancy portfolio with American, UK and European clients. Most
recently, Pringle was a senior consultant to System Development
(UK), a high technology company based in Cambridge. He is also a
non-executive director of Manpower Software plc, and a senior
advisor to the International Criminal Tribunal for the former
Yugoslavia in The Hague. The Defence Services group will be
headquartered in Leatherhead, England, effective immediately. KBR
