Quarterly Changes to the NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index

The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced the
results of the quarterly re-ranking of the NASDAQ Golden Dragon
China Index (Nasdaq:HXC), which will become effective prior to
market open on Monday, December 22, 2014.
The following six securities will be added to the Index: Cheetah
Mobile Inc. (NYSE:CMCM), DAQO New Energy Corp. (NYSE:DQ), China HGS
Real Estate, Inc. (Nasdaq:HGSH), Jumei International Holding
Limited (NYSE:JMEI), China Finance Online Co. Limited (Nasdaq:JRJC)
and Leju Holdings Limited (NYSE:LEJU).
The Index is designed to provide insight and access to the
unique economic opportunities taking place in China while still
providing the transparency offered with U.S. listed securities.
As a result of the re-ranking, the following security will be
removed from the Index: China Information Technology, Inc.
(Nasdaq:CNIT)
