Harris Corporation Names Charles J. Greene Treasurer

MELBOURNE, Fla., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harris
Corporation (NYSE:HRS) today announced that Charles J. "Chuck"
Greene, 51, has been appointed vice president-Tax and Treasurer.
Greene succeeds Gary McArthur who has been appointed Harris
Corporation vice president and chief financial officer. "Chuck
brings a wealth of finance, tax and treasury experience to this
important role," said McArthur. "He will provide outstanding
leadership and energy as Treasurer for the company and head of our
worldwide tax function." Greene was previously vice president-Tax
and Assistant Treasurer for Harris. He joined Harris in 1996 as
director of Tax and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to this he served as
staff vice president-International Tax with Unisys Corporation.
Greene began his career with Bank of America in 1979. He earned an
M.B.A. and a law degree from Golden Gate University, and a
bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California,
Berkeley. Harris is an international communications and information
