Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE: ETH) (the�Company�) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share representing an increase of 13.6% or $0.03 per share. The regular quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share will be payable to shareholders of record as October 10, 2008 and will be paid on October 27, 2008.
