Gold Fields Limited (Gold Fields) (JSE, NYSE, NASDAQ Dubai: GFI)
is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with its bank
group to amend and extend certain facilities under its syndicated
bank credit facilities agreement.
Under the amended facilities agreement, the maturity date of
commitments totalling US$715 million
has been extended, on the same terms, by two years from
November 2015 to November 2017.
