(b) As a result of senior management organizational changes at General Growth Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), Jean C. Schlemmer and Alexander L. Berman each left the Company effective March 20, 2009. Ms. Schlemmer served as Chief Corporate Development Officer of the Company and Mr. Berman served as Senior Vice President, GGP International.
