("TB Fund X-A"), 49,124,660 shares held directly by Thoma Bravo Fund XI, L.P. ("TB Fund XI"), 24,671,613 shares held directly by Thoma Bravo Fund XI-A, L.P. ("TB Fund XI-A"), 1,083,735 shares held directly by Thoma Bravo Executive Fund XI, L.P. ("TB Exec Fund"), 894,849 shares held directly by Thoma Bravo Special Opportunities Fund I, L.P. ("TB SOF") and 6,592,666 shares held directly by Thoma Bravo Special Opportunities Fund I AIV, L.P. ("TB SOF AIV").
