Report Details Fortune 500 Company's Innovative Vision for

its first Community Care Report to share the company's vision of
corporate social responsibility and reflect the cumulative and
current effect of DaVita's efforts since it began in 1999.

this Saturday with "DaVita National Community Care Day" - a
campaign promoting social responsibility in 11 cities across the

the company's broad philanthropic, community and social efforts.
The report draws on the programs developed by DaVita and its
teammates to enrich the lives of the community's members. Each of
the programs fall into one of three categories that comprise the
company's "Trilogy of Care" - caring for DaVita's patients, caring

missions to countries including Pakistan, Cameroon, India, Ecuador
and the Philippines through more than $535,000 in donations from

Family Foundation, DaVita recently reached gave its one millionth
dollar in funding for the educational pursuits of the children and

City's Central Park every two years through the use of 30% post
