products, announced today that Wes
Harris has been named vice president of investor relations
for the partnership's general partner, CVR GP, LLC.

Based at CVR Partners' headquarters in Sugar Land, Texas, Harris is responsible for
the company's relationship and communication with existing and
potential holders of the MLP's common units, institutional
investors and other members of the financial community.
Harris reports to Byron Kelley,
president and chief executive officer of CVR GP.
"As we focus this company on growth, Wes will be a key executive
in keeping all our stakeholders aware of our progress and
opportunities," said Kelley. "His extensive skills in investor
relations and financial communications represent an important
addition to our enterprise."
Harris previously was senior director, investor relations, at
Force Protection, Inc., in Summerville,
S.C., where he was responsible for providing information to
existing and potential investors as well as the financial
media.
From 1997 to 2009, he was senior director of corporate and
investor communications at International Speedway Corporation in
Daytona Beach, Fla., where he was
responsible for overall communications of the corporation.
Prior to International Speedway, Harris served for eight years
in a series of strategic planning, financial management and
accounting positions at Greenhill Petroleum Corporation in
Houston.
A certified public accountant, Harris earned his master's of
business administration degree from Houston
Baptist University and his bachelor's degree in business
administration from Texas A&M
University.
