SAN ANTONIO, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dallas business and
arts leader David J. Haemisegger has been named to the Board of
Directors of Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc., the financial holding
company of Frost. With business and volunteer interests ranging
from real estate development and management to the arts and
education, David Haemisegger and his wife, Nancy Nasher, own and

Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University, Haemisegger
earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of
Pennsylvania. He was president and chief operating officer of the
Raymond D. Nasher Company until 1995, when he became president of
NorthPark Management Company. Under the leadership of Haemisegger
and his wife, Nancy Nasher, NorthPark recently underwent a $225
million expansion. Haemisegger's board leadership positions include
serving as president of the board of directors of The Nasher
Foundation and president of the board of directors of The Nasher
Sculpture Center. He serves on the board of trustees of the Dallas
Museum of Art; the board of advisors of the Nasher Museum of Art at
Duke University; the board of trustees of The Hockaday School and
Greenhill School. Additional board of directors memberships include
the AFI Dallas International Film Festival and Gilda's Club of
North Texas. He is a member of the Dallas Citizens Council, the
Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping
