Carlisle Companies' President and Chief Executive Officer to Present at Baird's 2006 Industrial Conference; Will Affirm Guidance

Richmond D. McKinnish, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL), will be presenting at
Baird�s 2006 Industrial Conference in Chicago, IL, tomorrow,
November 8. During that presentation Mr. McKinnish will affirm
previously issued guidance for income from continuing operations
for the full year 2006 of $5.35 to $5.50 per diluted share. Mr.
McKinnish will also announce that Carlisle SynTec, the company�s
provider of commercial roofing products, plans to add an additional
Sure-Weld� TPO production line to its newest manufacturing facility
in Tooele, Utah. This added production capability is in direct
response to the rapid growth in demand in the western roofing
market that Carlisle SynTec has experienced since opening the
