CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded approximately $350 million in previously unannounced contracts with federal government clients in the Intelligence Community (IC). For these awards, CACI is delivering professional services and information technology solutions to national-level intelligence organizations executing the country’s most vital and sensitive missions. These contracts were awarded in the first quarter of CACI’s 2012 fiscal year, which ended September 30, 2011.

This work, which includes $245 million in new business and more than $100 million in recompetes, underscores CACI’s sustained and substantial commitment to intelligence as a core capability and area of growth. CACI is providing a range of high-value services and solutions in fundamental intelligence tasks such as collection, analysis, training, analytic tool development, and knowledge management. These contracts also take advantage of CACI’s product offerings in the geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and signals intelligence (SIGINT) arenas.

CACI President of U.S. Operations Bill Fairl said, “At CACI, intelligence is an integral part of our growth strategy. Not only does it represent a large portion of our business, but our values reflect those of our clients in the Intelligence Community. We continue to win meaningful work that enables us to support their missions in homeland security, defense and civilian intelligence, and law enforcement.”

According to Paul Cofoni, CACI President and Chief Executive Officer, “CACI’s recent contract wins are the result of our longstanding commitment to the Intelligence Community and our high-caliber team of uniquely qualified professionals. We have invested in this mission-critical area for decades, and we are proud to continue supporting our intelligence clients as they defend our nation from global threats.”
