Telecom Italia (TIT.MI) has set the final price guidance on its long five-year bond, one of the banks leading the sale said Thursday.

Final price guidance is 7.15% yield, tighter than the initial price guidance released earlier at 7.25% yield area.

The size of the transaction will be EUR750 million. Books are over EUR4 billion in size, one of the banks said.

BNP Paribas SA, Deutsche Bank AG, Citigroup Inc, Mediobanca Spa, Intesa Sanpaolo Spa, Credit Suisse AG and Banco Bilbao Vizcaja Argentaria SA are lead managers on the deal.

Telecom Italia has Baa2 rating from Moody's Investors Services Inc. and BBB from both Standard & Poor's Corp. and Fitch Ratings.
