PANAMA CITY, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Banco
Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) (NYSE: BLX),
announced today a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.17 per share corresponding to the third
quarter of 2010.
During its meeting on October 12,
2010, the Bank's Board of Directors reaffirmed its
commitment to a dividend policy that reflects the Bank's growing
core business. In line with this policy, the quarterly common
dividend was increased from $0.15 to
$0.17 per share.
The cash dividend is payable on November
1, 2010 to stockholders registered as of October 22, 2010.
As of September 30, 2010, Bladex
had 36,689,901.09 common shares outstanding of all classes.
