We need to hear from Korenko with a an affirmation of the 45 day estimate for resubmit now that he will have received full feedback from FDA. As time goes by without such confirmation price will decrease.

On the Q1 conference call, the CEO very confidently reiterated the FY sales target of $240 million. I thought that was quite bold as he still has 9 months of sales needed to make that goal.. If he was the least bit doubtful, I don’t think he would have stated it so boldly, and should have bracketed

My sense is that there is a cease trading order in effect until such time as LBRMF is in compliance with all of its reporting requirements.
The fact that they may have finally issued their year end statements might be a first step to unlocking this order.
