On June 30, 2009, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at approximately 5:00 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
