MELVILLE, N.Y., Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Home
Mortgage Investment Corp. (NYSE:AHM) announced today that its Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.06 per
share on the Company's common stock, a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.609375 per share on the Company's 9.75% Series A Cumulative
Redeemable Preferred Stock and a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.578125 per share on the Company's 9.25% Series B Cumulative
Redeemable Preferred Stock. The common stock dividend is payable on
January 30, 2007, to shareholders of record as of January 9, 2007.
The Series A Preferred Stock dividend is payable on January 31,
2007, to shareholders of record as of January 9, 2007. The Series B
Preferred Stock dividend is payable on January 31, 2007, to
shareholders of record as of January 9, 2007. American Home
Mortgage Investment Corp. is a mortgage real estate investment
