announce the successful completion of its inaugural benchmark Sukuk
issuance of $500 million priced at a
profit rate of 4.500%, with a five-year maturity period. The trust
certificates in Sukuk format were issued by Aercap Sukuk
Limited.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance
for general corporate purposes, including to acquire, invest in,
finance or refinance aircraft assets and to repay indebtedness.
Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) acted as Arranger and Joint
Lead Manager. Dubai
Islamic Bank PJSC, Emirates NBD Bank PJSC, HSBC Bank plc, J.P.
Morgan Securities plc and KFH Capital Investment Company K.S.C.C.
