Company's Acquisition of Madison Research Corp (MRC) Delivers Win Under U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services ('EXPRESS') Contract SAN DIEGO, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WFI (NASDAQ:WFII), a global leader in the design, deployment, and management of wireless communication networks, information technology solutions and security systems, announced the Company and its team members, Analytical Services Incorporation (ASI) and LogiCore Corporation, have been awarded a competitive task order under the company's prime contract for the U.S. Army's Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Express (Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services) technical blanket purchase agreement (BPA). The five-year task order, including option years, is valued at approximately $36 million. Under the task order, WFI and its team members will provide engineering and technical expertise to the AMCOM IMMC Short Range Land Combat Systems (SHORLAC) Maintenance Operations Procedures and Prototype (MOPP) Shop in support of AMCOM weapon systems and associated test equipment. Additionally, the WFI team will provide weapons system technical assistance teams in support of US Army, USMC, and National Guard and Army Reserve component units fielded at worldwide locations.
