On May 28, 2009, Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on July 15, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
