The VictoryShares ESG Corporate Bond ETF (the Fund) seeks maximum current income without undue risk to principal. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in corporate bonds, and in related derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to corporate bonds. The Fund will invest primarily in investment-grade securities, but may invest up to 10% of its net assets in below-investment-grade corporate credit securities, which are sometimes referred to as high-yield or junk bonds. |
