Founded in 2002, Opus is headquartered in Hinsdale, Illinois. Opus helps process-intensive enterprises improve performance and reduce the cost of their operations by analyzing data collected from across the enterprise and identifying areas for improvement. The acquisition extends the capabilities of Verint's Enterprise Actionable Intelligence portfolio to further support enterprise goals to enhance the effectiveness of their customer-facing and back office operations.
